During those days meal plan was the term generally used and it had a combination of meat, bread and wine. An online nutritionist will prescribe you to steer clear of processed foods like frozen meats and if at all possible, discard them from your diet altogether. Food such as white bread which is prepared from wheat flour must be taken in lower amounts for balanced diets for diabetics.
